Moldavite is a form of tektites which is a type of glass produced by meteorite impact with Earth.
Tektites are found all over the world including Australia, however moldavite is only found in the Czech Republic. Moldavite claiming to be from anywhere else is not true moldavite as it's definition is specific to the region of the meteorite impact strewn fields.
These raw moldavite pendants are sourced from the Czech Republic and set in 925 sterling silver.
